Strngr
Why it was created
Like almost every human being alive. I've struggled with keeping up with the gym. However, my most committed period was when I worked with semi-personal trainers. I say semi because during most sessions, it would be one trainer for roughly four people. So it wasn't exactly "personal" training.
Anyway training at La Salle Du Temps taught me that working out was really about doing the simple things over and over again. Then reading Mark Rippetoe solidified the concept for me. Focus on simple complex moves, using a barbell, in order to gain strength.
So I started following this method to workout, but I had a terrible process of recording my workouts. Sometimes I'd write the correct weights. Other times I'd use abbreviations that I'd forget immediately after I step out of the gym, so I'd be confused during my next session.
With this app, all I wanted to do was create something that could help me track and measure without distractions. And ultimately guide my sessions, so I know what to do and when.

Lessons learned
- Simpler apps are more interesting for me and my coding agent because the idea is clearer, and getting to a solution happens faster
- Giving a coding agent user stories and making sure there's a clear image/prototype of what's being is important for keeping the agent on track
- Make the agent audit page after page, check the details and ask it to correct things
